ANDERSON ARMORY | STORE POLICIES & TERMS OF SALE

1. PURCHASING & CANCELLATIONS

Purchasing Protocol

All payments are processed immediately upon order placement. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, transfer, possession, transportation, and installation of firearms, ammunition, magazines, parts, or accessories in their place of residence.

Orders may be placed on a temporary hold to verify shipping/billing addresses, law enforcement (LEO)/military/dealer credentials, or for routine identity verification. Any order featuring mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be held for verification before processing.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed through a secured connection. To safeguard your financial data, we do not store your credit card details on our servers.

International Orders

Anderson Armory does not accept international orders, nor do we ship any products outside the United States. This restriction includes APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

  • To Cancel: Call (603) 966-0214 or email Sales@andersonarmoryllc.com (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST).
  • Requirement: You must provide your order number.
  • Post-Shipment: If the package has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled. The customer must receive the item and follow our standard return process. Return shipping under these circumstances is at the customer’s expense. All cancellations are final and cannot be reversed.

2. BACKGROUND CHECK DEPOSIT & HOLD POLICY (30-DAY TERMS)

Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable 15% deposit of the total purchase price is required for any firearm or regulated item purchase that results in a "Delayed" or "Denied" status from the background check system. This deposit must be settled before the item is held or placed into secure store storage.

Delayed Background Checks

If your background check status returns as "Delayed," Anderson Armory will securely hold the item for up to 30 calendar days awaiting a final determination from NICS.

  • Approval: If the background check is approved within the 30-day window, 100% of your deposit will be applied directly toward your remaining purchase balance.
  • Voluntary Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the transaction while the check is still pending or delayed, the 15% deposit is forfeited. It will not be refunded or credited.

Denied Background Checks

If your background check returns a "Denied" status, the transaction will be immediately terminated.

  • The 15% deposit is strictly non-refundable and will not be returned to a credit card, cash, or check.
  • The exact deposit amount will be converted into Store Credit and attached permanently to your customer account.
  • This store credit can be used toward any future purchase of non-regulated merchandise, apparel, accessories, or services. Store credit is non-transferable.

Hold Timeline & Abandonment

Items left in a "Delayed" status beyond 30 calendar days without a final system determination or documented, active communication from the customer will be returned to store inventory to maintain regulatory compliance. The deposit will be handled according to the terms above based on the final system status.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Prohibited Returns (All Sales Final)

Sales of the following items are strictly FINAL and completely ineligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Firearms (including serialized items, frames, receivers, and receiver sets)
  • Ammunition
  • Chemicals / Aerosols
  • Clearance / Closeout Items

Note: Once a firearm is legally transferred to a customer, Anderson Armory will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstance. If a manufacturing defect is discovered after transfer, the customer must contact the firearm manufacturer directly for warranty repair or replacement.

Parts & Non-Regulated Accessories

Anderson Armory cannot guarantee or verify the fitment of any aftermarket firearm part or accessory. Please verify compatibility with the manufacturer before ordering.

For items eligible for return, the customer must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping. Packages sent without a visible RMA number will not be processed, and the package will be returned to sender.

  • Timeline: Returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unaltered, in the original packaging, and in the exact same condition as when shipped.
  • Standard Restocking Fee: Clean, unopened returns are eligible for a refund, minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
  • Opened/Damaged Restocking Fee: If items are returned opened, altered, or in a non-resalable condition (as determined at the sole discretion of Anderson Armory), a 25% restocking fee will be assessed.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer.

4. STORAGE POLICY & FEES

Storage Grace Period

Once your items are ready for pickup, you have 30 days to collect them from Anderson Armory at no charge.

Storage Fees

After the initial 30-day grace period has expired, a storage fee of $10.00 per week per item will apply.

  • Fees are charged on a weekly basis.
  • Any portion of a week counts as a full week.
  • Fees will continue to accrue continuously until the items are picked up.
  • All accumulated storage fees must be paid in full before or at the time of pickup, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Anderson Armory.

Abandoned Property

Items left for an extended period may be legally considered abandoned under New Hampshire law. Anderson Armory reserves the right to dispose of or sell abandoned items after making reasonable, documented attempts to contact the owner. Any proceeds generated from a sale may be applied directly to unpaid balances, including outstanding storage fees.

Liability

We take reasonable care of all stored items but are not responsible for loss or damage beyond what is strictly required by law.

Policy Updates

Anderson Armory reserves the right to update this storage policy at any time. Changes will apply to items placed into storage after the revised effective date.

5. SHIPPING & COMPLIANCE REGULATIONS

Firearm Shipments & FFL Regulations

We operate in strict accordance with all Federal, State, and Local firearms regulations. We will only ship firearms to a lawful Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder within the United States.

To complete a firearm shipment:

  1. Anderson Armory must receive a legible, signed copy of your transfer dealer’s FFL via email (Sales@andersonarmoryllc.com) or standard mail.
  2. The dealer or customer must include the purchaser's name and order number along with the FFL copy.
  3. Full payment must be cleared.

Standard Firearm Shipping Rates

Firearms are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (with Alaska and Hawaii typically routing via USPS). Minimum rates include:

  • Long Guns: Minimum $35.00 base rate.
  • Handguns: Minimum $35.00 base rate.
  • Any additional shipping fees driven by final package value, insurance, or remote geographical location not calculated at online checkout will be presented to the customer for approval prior to processing.

Non-Firearm Regulations

Non-firearm components (air guns, knives, accessories, barrels, and antique guns manufactured in or before 1898) do not require an FFL transfer. However, age restrictions apply. Customers will be required to verify their age (typically by emailing a copy of a government-issued ID) prior to shipment.

  • General site purchases: Must be 18+ years old.
  • Rifle Ammunition: Must be 18+ years old.
  • Pistol Ammunition: Must be 21+ years old.
  • No age restrictions apply to apparel, gear bags, pouches, or books.

6. REGIONAL RESTRICTIONS & COMPLIANCE

Note: Due to a rapidly changing legislative landscape, this list serves as a compliance baseline. Orders placed from restricted zones violating local laws will be canceled and assessed restocking fees.

Magazine Capacity Restrictions

We do not ship magazines exceeding a capacity of 10 rounds (or firearms bundled with such magazines) to the regions listed below.
